No — we are not veterinarians. For any health concern, please contact a qualified vet directly. We can point you to relevant guides, but we cannot provide medical advice.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to all messages within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer, but we read every message we receive.
Can I submit a product for review?
Yes — email us with “Partnership or collaboration” in the subject and tell us about the product. We only review products we believe are genuinely useful for poodle owners.
I found an error in one of your guides. What should I do?
